Lendlease is currently searching for a Senior Investment Analyst (up to Assistant Manager level) supporting the Investment Management business in the form of transaction management and execution, financial modelling as well as fund reporting and portfolio management. As part of the regional team, the role provides exposure to the various countries and markets within the Lendlease Asia presence and opportunity to work with teams across different disciplines and geographies.

Responsibilities:

Assist in transaction management, due diligence and coordination with external legal and financial advisors for fund or joint-venture set-ups, real estate acquisitions, divestments and capital recycling initiatives.
