Job Description
Responsibilities
- Produce concept designs, space plans, material presentations, and detailed construction documentation to ensure design quality and compliance
- Allocate and prepare tender documentation and detailed drawings to support project bidding and execution
- Plan, design, and furnish commercial interiors to meet client requirements and functional needs
- Manage projects independently from inception to completion, delivering on time and within budget
- Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients to secure approvals and feedback
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and building regulations
