About The Role
Real‑world asset tokenization is the most significant structural change coming to institutional finance this decade. Mintlayer is building the platform that makes it possible — and the senior BD professional who owns this space gets to be at the centre of that transformation.
What You Will Own- Build and own the BD pipeline for MWS RWA tokenization clients: real estate fund managers, infrastructure asset owners, and institutional originators
- Drive Interest.One's Real Estate Fund LP pipeline
- Own the full BD cycle for RWA clients from initial qualification through to signed MWS service agreement
- Develop account plans for target RWA issuers
- Collaborate with the RWA Structuring Lead on client requirements translation and deal structuring
- Represent MWS at real estate finance, infrastructure investment, and tokenization industry events
