The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of plastic injection mold design and be capable of handling projects independently from concept to manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Design plastic injection molds using Siemens NX CAD . Develop complete mold assemblies, 3D models, and 2D manufacturing drawings. Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis and suggest design improvements. Coordinate with customers to discuss product design, mold concepts, and engineering changes. Work closely with the tooling and production teams during mold manufacturing and trials. Select appropriate mold components, cooling systems, ejection systems, and gating concepts.
