Job Description
To support the critical Bus ETA system and ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of our data centre infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Perform server administration, patching, upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and system restoration.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders during maintenance activities.
- Participate in 24/7 standby support when required.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 8–10 years of relevant experience in server infrastructure or data centre operations.
- Experience with Red Hat Linux, Podman containers, and PostgreSQL.
