Role Summary
Responsible for managing and supporting the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, Intune
infrastructure, patch management, endpoint security, and advanced troubleshooting activities across
the hospital IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
Handle patch management for servers and endpoints
Monitor infrastructure health and system performance
Perform advanced troubleshooting for O365 and endpoint issues
Manage user policies, compliance, and security configurations
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for escalations
