- While reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering the Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for design and preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, capital authorization applications, selection of materials, equipment and services, construction management, and equipment installation for engineering projects required to expand, modify, or construct new facilities. Responsible for managing project budget, schedule, and performing jobsite inspections to insure compliance with design is achieved.
- Will direct and provide engineering guidance to staff engineers, technicians, and others as required to accomplish the above responsibilities.
