Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle implementation delivery from kickoff through activation
- Lead discovery and translate client objectives into technical specifications and operational protocols
- Design and document program architecture, including configuration standards and business logic
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, operations, sales, and client success
