About the role: We are seeking an experienced IGA L2 Support Analyst with strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and SQL to support enterprise identity and access management operations.
The role involves managing day-to-day operational support activities, resolving incidents and service requests, troubleshooting access-related issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of identity governance services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with IAM/IGA processes, and the ability to collaborate across business, security, infrastructure, and application teams.
What You'll Do: Provide Level 2 operational support for the Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform.
Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
