Job Description
Senior IBM i (AS400) Support Engineer
India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior IBM i (AS400) Support Engineer to support a business-critical legacy ERP system during an ongoing transition to Microsoft Business Central. The role is primarily focused on day-to-day maintenance, user support, and system stability, working closely with the in-house ERP Manager. Spanish language is mandatory.
Location & Work Model
- Location: Spain (onsite at client premises)
- Work Model: 3 days onsite (mandatory) up to 2 days remote (adaptable)
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide hands‑on support for IBM i (AS400) ERP system
- Handle day‑to‑day maintenance activities and minor enhancements
- Investigate and resolve system issues, blocks, and performance‑related challenges
- Ensure system stability during the migration phase
