Senior IBMi (AS400) Support Engineer

The role is primarily focused on day‑to‑day maintenance, user support, and system stability, working closely with the in‑house ERP Manager.

Location & Work Model

Location: Spain (onsite at client premises)

Work Model: 3 days onsite (mandatory), up to 2 days remote.

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM CEST (including break).

Language Requirement

Strong proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support & Maintenance
   • Provide hands‑on support for IBM i (AS400) ERP system
   • Handle day‑to‑day maintenance activities and minor enhancements
   • Investigate and resolve system issues, blocks, and performance‑related challenges
   • Ensure system stability during the migration phase
