Overview

The Sr.HRIS Analyst is responsible for the effective operation, optimization, and evolution of Oracle HCM across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role blends deep functional HR knowledge with strong technical expertise to ensure HR systems effectively support business operations. The position plays a critical role in planning, designing, testing, and delivering new general HR technology capabilities, as well as enhancing and optimizing existing Oracle HCM functionality. As the functional expert for HR analytics and reporting, the role provides data‑driven insights to support strategic workforce decisions while ensuring data integrity, security, and regional compliance.
