Your role
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize organizational capabilities, behaviors, and structures that support strategic goals.
- Provide HR leadership, coaching and advice to support the Operational and project leadership teams on all people-related matters.
- Build strong, credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering expert guidance on all things people related.
- Provide thoughtful coaching on talent management, performance, recruitment, terminations, compensation, development, and change management.
