Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for aSenior HRIS Analystto join a leading Company located in theReston, VAsurrounding area.
Pay Rate: $45 - $60
Responsible for Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) setup and maintenance, optimization, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, process improvements, data integrity, system security, and year-end support. Support system integrations to ensure proper controls, while recommending and establishing new controls as needed.
Responsibilities :
+ Lead or support specific modules within the HRIS system for the region, ensuring configurations meet both global and regional requirements.
+ Interprets business requirements into specifications for HRIS applications and interfaces.
+ Designs and maintains code and tables, prepares reports for Human Resources systems and applications, investigates and analyzes systems to resolve any complex and large-scale issue...
