Lear, a global automotive technology leader in seating and e‑systems, is seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented HR Specialist to support our ASEAN operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment consultation and market insights.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and external recruitment partners.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across ASEAN.
