Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Senior HR Executive with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, excellent at stakeholder coordination, comfortable working with numbers, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely hiring.
• Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.
