Job Description

As an HR Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner at CelcomDigi, you will report to the Head of HR Business Partners and act as a trusted partner to business leaders and a coach to employees, aligning people priorities with organisational goals. You will collaborate with HR teams and leaders across your portfolio to drive and execute people initiatives across areas such as talent management, rewards and recognition, culture‑building, workforce planning, organisational design, performance management and so on. The role operates in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment and the nature of work involves a combination of design, advisory and operational execution.
