The Role Perk is building a modern, AI‑powered outbound and pipeline generation motion in close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership. The Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering function sits at the centre of this transformation, designing and operating the data infrastructure, Clay‑based enrichment systems, and AI‑driven workflows that enable our revenue teams to execute at scale. This is not a traditional Rev Ops or systems admin role. The Senior GTM Engineer is a hands‑on builder who constructs sophisticated Clay workflows from scratch, engineers AI‑powered enrichment pipelines, and translates signal‑based prospecting strategies into production‑ready systems.
