Responsibilities

• Take ownership across the entire growth engine: Meta Ads & performance marketing
• Creative strategy
• Ad copy & hooks
• Landing pages & funnels
• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
• Shopify optimisation
• Growth experiments & testing
• Building and managing a creative team
• Work directly with the founder and help shape the systems, playbooks and processes that drive growth

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce
• Strong Shopify experience
• Strong Meta Ads experience
• Experience analysing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and funnel performance
• Ability to write copy, identify winning hooks and evaluate creatives
• Excellent English communication skills
• High accountability and ownership mentality
