At Faire we have a business unit focused on Retailer Growth that oversees core growth strategies from top of funnel, to onboarding, to helping Retailers get up and running to be successful on Faire. We are looking for a Senior Growth Engineer (Frontend or Backend) who thrives at the intersection of product, experimentation, and engineering. You will own meaningful business outcomes and impact, not just ship features, operating with end‑to‑end ownership of growth initiatives and measurable impact.
What you’ll do
- Own and deliver growth experiments end-to-end, from ideation to implementation and analysis.
- Build customer-facing features that improve funnel conversion, onboarding success, and engagement.
