Location: Remote (India preferred) Type: Full-Time / Contract Experience: 3 Years Company: Little Unusual About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer who blends creativity with design fundamentals. From motion graphic storyframes to creative designs , you’ll help us create visuals that are clean, dynamic, and full of personality. Your role spans graphic design, and branding knowledge — always thinking in terms of what looks good still and in motion . What You’ll Do Design visual assets for motion graphics (typography, layout, iconography, composition) Guide other designers on fundamentals — color theory, balance, visual hierarchy Collaborate with motion designers to ensure your visuals translate seamlessly Experiment with different design styles and evolve our visual identity Occasionally design posters, pitch decks, and event banners Create visual documentation: moodboards, references, and guidelines What We’re Looking For 3 years in visual/graphic/UI design Strong portf...
