Requirements

• Pro in Photoshop and Figma, familiar with Illustrator
• Has a portfolio that makes parents proud
• Is a pro in working with marketing media content (banners, brandings, ad illustrations, etc.)
• Constantly looking for new design solutions, when there is nothing to do improves hard skills
• Reads articles and watches videos about new design trends instead of scrolling social media feed
• Can talk endlessly about what a complimentary color and a closed composition are
• Knows how to take initiative and the meaning of responsibility and self-organization
