Position Overview
We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a talented Ad Designer who understands what makes people click and buy. Our team is focused on creating high-converting ads that drive real results, and we’re looking for someone who can blend creativity with commercial awareness.
Full-time position (40 hours/week). Flexible working hours within your own time zone. Long-term role with bi-weekly pay. Consistent workflow with no project-based uncertainty.
Core Responsibilities
- Create high-converting static ads for Meta, Google, and display networks
- Design multiple ad variations for A/B testing
- Adapt existing top-performing concepts into fresh variations
- Ensure brand consistency across all ad creatives
- Work with clear KPIs and performance metrics
