Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and leadership on projects and for staff, including conducting technical reviews of calculations and analyses, and performing technical analyses where appropriate.
• Provide guidance and, where necessary, support in coordination, preparation of cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, client reports, progress reports, project scheduling and resourcing, and meeting deadlines and budgets on projects.
• Scope projects and assist in the preparation of proposals.
• Support mentoring, coaching, and training of staff.
• Help promote Thurber mission, vision, and values among Thurber staff.
• Work with the Branch Manager in the development of new business opportunities.
• Establish, develop, promote and maintain relationships with clients.
