Purpose of the Role Drive profitable growth, market share expansion, customer engagement, and strategic account development across the Metals, Minerals & Mining segment in East India. Lead specification, project influence, and business development initiatives while strengthening relationships with end users, EPCs, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Revenue * Deliver Orders, Revenue, and Profitability targets for the East Region. * Build and execute the MMM segment growth strategy. * Develop a strong pipeline. * Drive penetration of Schneider Electric’s Electrical Distribution, Industrial Automation, Digitalization, and Energy Management solutions.
