Role Overview:
Seeking a results-driven Fund Management Team Lead to oversee alternative investment operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of investor reporting. This leadership role combines hands‑on operational expertise with team management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across multiple investment product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and validate alternative investment transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
Aggregate, analyze, and normalize complex hedge fund and private equity investor data.
Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting files for client reporting systems, ensuring data integrity.
Liaise with custodians, third‑party administrators, and other vendors to resolve issues and implement scalable solutions.
