Responsibilities

• The senior Functional Solution Analyst (FSA) clarifies and translates business requirement to IT system functional requirement and system interaction and flows. FSA works collaboratively with the business users and technical delivery teams in developing scalable and flexible IT solutions including studying both business and system impact, creating user stories, functional design, test strategy, support delivery till goes live and post live support.
• Understand business context of the business requirement, assess if there are gaps, and work with business to update the business requirement document. The business requirement document must cover business needs, compliance needs, data governance and security needs.
• Familiar with existing IT system functionalities and functional flows.
• Based on the understood business requirements, conceptualize and translate to become list of system features needed.
