Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our growing Customer Engagement team designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions that support our clients’ business objectives. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, leading implementation projects end to end, and acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders.
The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients to optimize processes across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and support user adoption. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, contributing to pre‑sales activities, and staying current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot capabilities.
