About the role
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will contribute to the Tooling and Releases squads, building the heartbeat of Oura's operations. You will focus on creating an AI‑powered internal hub and bespoke tooling that empowers teams to scale without compromising speed. This role combines discovery work with high‑impact execution in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable internal applications for feature rollouts and troubleshooting workflows.
- Lead frontend excellence by creating performant UIs using TypeScript with React or Vue and Vite.
- Develop high‑availability, low‑latency backend services using Python or Rust.
- Integrate AI agentic workflows and tools to fundamentally reshape and accelerate the software lifecycle.
