Candidate will also take responsibility for creating design specifications, unit testing, and preparing technical documentation. Candidate will ensure relationships with customers and cross-team members are professional and meet expectations. A top priority of this role is advancing AI and automation development—building agentic-AI capabilities and AI bot automation testing that improve delivery speed and quality across the LMS (Learning Management System) platform and its integrations.
