Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech AI Engineering team and help shape the future of customer engagement. You'll build scalable, AI-powered customer contact centre and other AI solutions used across multiple international markets, combining cloud technologies, GenAI and real-time communications to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop AI-powered customer service and contact centre applications.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents using LangGraph and modern LLM frameworks.
- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, Bedrock, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS and Connect.
- Implement Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
