This role has broad scope across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, database, integrations, and hosting, for the Wisconsin Medicaid Market. The role emphasizes autonomy and ownership while setting technical direction, driving platform consistency, and mentoring engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
This position blends day-to-day software engineering with technical leadership. It involves architecture-minded decision making, modernizing legacy systems, reducing technical debt, and establishing consistent platform patterns.
