Description
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to lead the full technical building of a next-generation CRM and operations platform for a fast-growing residential energy company. This is a hands-on leadership role. The person must be able to manage engineers, own architecture, write/review code, make technical decisions, and drive fast execution. This is not a management-only position. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable software systems, leading development teams, and working closely with business teams to turn operational needs into working product.
