Overview
Kalkatic Engineering Ltd is on the lookout for a Senior Forensic Structural Engineer to support their robust project portfolio in Edmonton. You will engage in challenging structural projects and directly liaise with clients. In this critical role, you'll bring your expertise in structural engineering to the forefront, acting as the Engineer of Record for a variety of building projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural designs for institutional and mid-rise buildings
- Prepare, review, and seal structural calculations
- Collaborate across various engineering disciplines
- Oversee site reviews and manage shop drawing reviews
- Mentor junior and intermediate team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- P.Eng designation is mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of relevant structural engineering experience
