The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Flights & Reservations Manager to lead and develop a team of 12 flight and reservations professionals, while driving operational excellence and supporting our journey towards AI‑enabled flight booking and travel operations.
This is a hands‑on project management role that brings together people management, operational delivery, analytics, and transformation leadership. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and global teams, including the US, to ensure resilient, high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑moving travel environment.
