About the Role We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving financial performance through robust FP&A support and P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business unit leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process for assigned P&L areas
Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario planning
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
Monitor KPIs and flag risks and opportunities against budget/forecast
Support month-end close, including accruals, cost allocations, and commentary
Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools and processes (Excel, SAP, Vena or equivalent)
