Lead BCI's finance technology initiatives as a Senior Finance Systems Manager based in Victoria, BC. Drive AI and automation to redefine finance processes and improve efficiency.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Director of Finance Business Solutions. Your focus will be on integrating multi-agent AI and deploying advanced low-code automation tools. Collaborating with Finance and Technology teams, your efforts will support the advancement of finance solutions to meet BCI's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct finance systems projects for enhanced functionality
• Manage the Workday Finance Solutions team
• Assess and modernize Finance technology landscape
• Develop and execute the Finance Technology Roadmap
• Advocate for self-service tools in Finance operations
