Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Manager to oversee financial transactions, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support budgeting and audits, and drive financial efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).
Manage cash flow and support treasury functions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
File statutory tax returns (e.g., VAT, PAYE, corporate tax) and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Assist with external audits and prepare audit schedules and documentation.
Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements to accounting procedures.
