Your new role

  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
  • Process vendor payments promptly with complete and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain payment records in line with local regulatory requirements, including those from the Central Bank.
  • Ensure timely and well-documented reimbursement of employee expense claims on a weekly basis.
  • Adhere to monthly customer invoicing deadlines set by the Group.
  • Resolve issues related to vendor invoices and repair orders efficiently.
