Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the field service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery for smart energy solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule field service activities to optimize resource utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians on complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor field service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service supervision or management including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring tools, preferably with large sized teams
- Minimum of 3 years managing a unionised team
- Valid G drivers license
- Post secondary diploma or degree in related field.
