Silversea is seeking a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller in Spain, Galicia, Arbo. This pivotal role governs sanitation and public health compliance across shipboard food and beverage operations. You will lead the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams, ensuring high standards of operational excellence and compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in luxury hospitality and public health inspections, with deep expertise in USPH/VSP regulations and HACCP principles. A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
