Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team and drive advanced failure investigation in cutting‑edge technologies, including AI‑related products. Be part of a high‑impact engineering team solving real‑world reliability challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform failure analysis at both physical package and die levels, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead electrical fault isolation using advanced techniques & tools.
- Develop and execute bench‑level test applications to validate hypotheses and reproduce failure mechanisms.
- Interpret CAD layouts, schematics, and design documentation to support failure root cause determination.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, process, product, and reliability teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support analysis for advanced technologies and AI‑related products.
