Role Summary: Senior Facilities Technician who supports uninterrupted maintenance of electricity, compressed air, air‑conditioning systems, sustainability and EHS initiatives. Report to the senior facilities supervisor based in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Maintain sustainability initiatives and keep data up to date for the FTDM database.
- Perform PLC programming and control wiring for the automation of facilities equipment.
- Carry out maintenance duties such as troubleshooting the Electrical Distribution Boards supporting labs and production lines, installing electrical power points, and supporting project work.
- Supervise contractors on facilities and equipment repairs.
- Prepare and document ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO9001 audits.
