Job Description
The Keegans Group are looking for an Senior External Wall Surveyor within the Compliance and Safety Team.
This is a full time/permanent position based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of FRAEW with financial forecasting in relation to your projects and with the implementation of the service line business plan
- Carry out internal training to develop junior members of the FRAEW team into independent surveyors
- Continued appraisal of technical developments and statutory requirements within your field
- Learn and adhere to the quality assurance and quality management systems processes
- Deliver FRAEW surveys and reporting (including EWS1 forms) as required across a range of properties
- Carry out FRAEW Audits for our Cladding Safety and Responsible Actors Scheme contract
