What you can expect

  • You independently and holistically lead national and international M&A projects – from origination through to closing.
  • You autonomously manage the entire transaction process and are responsible for coordinating internal and external resources.
  • You act as the central point of contact for executive management and relevant committees with regard to the transaction you oversee.
  • You proactively collaborate with the operational managers involved in the M&A process and maintain active relationship management with owners of target companies as well as advisors.
  • You comprehensively and independently organise, coordinate and execute due diligence processes.
  • You prepare and validate business plans and financial models, conduct company valuations and analyse the impact of transactions on selected group KPIs.
