Hosted by the School of Social Sciences, the Master of Science in Applied Gerontology programme provides a holistic and advanced education in the rapidly expanding field of gerontology. It is designed to provide students with in‑depth knowledge, skills, and experience to work with older people.

We are looking for a Senior Executive to support the smooth running of the programme. The incumbent will provide good administrative and logistical support to a variety of important tasks, in areas ranging from programme publicity, student admission, academic, financial and graduation matters.

Responsibilities Programme Publicity

• Update and enhance the website’s information
• Disseminate e‑flyers
• Organise Information Sessions for prospective students and other target audiences
• Prepare slide decks for Information Sessions
• Raise Purchase Requests (PR) for catering services, booking of venues via Ariba system
