Lead and promote Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and other Operational Excellence initiatives.Develop and execute the plant Operational Excellence roadmap.Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing functions.Productivity and Efficiency Improvement
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Identify and implement productivity enhancement opportunities.Optimize manpower utilization and process efficiency.Reduce cycle time, changeover time, and production losses.Performance Management
Establish KPIs and performance dashboards.Monitor plant performance metrics.Present performance reviews to plant leadership.Lean Manufacturing Deployment
