Job Responsibilities:

• Review approved credit facilities and prepare or verify loan-related documentation, including facility letters, amendments, variations, and restructuring documents, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and lending requirements.
• Examine mortgage and security documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to loan disbursement, and coordinate with legal firms and relevant stakeholders throughout the documentation process.
• Process and monitor loan disbursements within the required turnaround time while ensuring operational accuracy.
• Track outstanding security documents, follow up with external parties where necessary, and ensure proper custody and safekeeping of original documents.
• Process and verify loan-related transactions, including CPF-related matters, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded.
