Job Description
Senior Executive, Leasing (Retail & Corporate)
Responsibilities
- Manage all leasing functions, including identifying potential tenants, initiating negotiations, and maintaining occupancy rates.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on rental rates, occupancy costs, and competition in the commercial/retail sector.
- Provide guidance and support to tenants regarding tenancy and fit-out procedures.
- Coordinate and organize event planning meetings across relevant teams, ensuring effective follow-up actions are taken.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Property Development/ Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to cater to our diverse client base.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience, preferably with property developers or reputable real estate agencies.
