Location: IOI Mall Kulai
Be part of our IOI Mall Kulai's team as a Leasing Senior Executive , driving the mall’s tenant mix and retail experience. You’ll support lease negotiations, manage tenant relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leasing Planning & Execution
- Assist in the execution of leasing plans aligned with the mall’s positioning and strategy
- Continuously scout and identify new retail concepts, brands, and services
- Review and provide input on tenant mix to ensure alignment with market trends and customer expectations
- Active in prospecting and sourcing suitable tenants to support leasing targets
2. Lease Negotiation & Deal Support
- Handle leasing enquiries and assist in tenancy negotiations including new leases, renewals, and terminations
